		<description>I tried this recipe. A couple things confused me, like what is a &quot;nob&quot; of butter? and how small should I chop the leeks after I cut it lengthwise and wash it? Well I figured it out. Next time I will cut the leeks into to smaller slices. It was yummy. I tossed with egg noodles, a drizzle of olive oil and topped with Parmesan cheese.</description>
