A couple things confused me, like what is a "nob" of butter? and how small should I chop the leeks after I cut it lengthwise and wash it? Well I figured it out. Next time I will cut the leeks into to smaller slices. It was yummy. I tossed with egg noodles, a drizzle of olive oil and topped with Parmesan cheese. I tried this recipe. Thanks for posting. We had only a tiny flock of 6 turkeys last year and they were so fun. We miss them! We're thinking about getting a breeding pair. They are pleasant to have around.
